12:30 - 2:30 and 4 - 6pm Fu style Yin palm bagua

7pm Dinner at DUMPLINGS AND BEYOND

Sunday October 25: 9:30 - 11:30am and 1 - 3pm Wudang Taiji Sword

Saturday and Sunday workshops will be held at Bryce Park, an easy walk from the Glover Park Hotel.

Reeling silk Qigong $50, Fu style Yin palm Bagua $250, Wudang Taiji Sword $250

Preregister and save with the weekend package $500 prepaid by October 10.
